Sticky Note:  Live Under Grace

Jesus has released us from the curse of the law with its threats of judgement, having become a curse in our place.  So we are free to live under grace.

The self-maledictory curse:  may this happen to me if you break this covenant.  On the cross, God the Son takes his own penalty for sin out of love for His beloved sons and daughters, walking the bloody path alone.
