Sticky Note: By the amazing grace of God, I am what I am
Noah is righteous because of God's grace. He does not receive God's grace because he is righteous. The order matters. One is a gift of grace to a sinner. The other is a reward for goodness. Grace, by definition, is a gift and not a reward.
We experience the amazing grace of God as we see it as a free gift, not a reward.
