Sticky Note:  We're sheep of the Good Shepherd

What we (really) believe about who God is, and who WE are in relation to Him, determines the way (or IF) we will pray.

Prayer IS our relationship with God, just as communication IS our relationship with people.

He is our Father, and we are His children, seated with Jesus on His lap (John 1)
He is our Good Shepherd, and we are His sheep, loved and secure, listening to His voice and following Him (John 10)

Invitation from the Good Shepherd to foster prayer:
    -spend some time alone with God every day this week, meditating on Jesus as your Good Shepherd and you as His sheep.
    -use John 10 and Psalm 23 to help you
